Although I don’t often write negative reviews our experience at this salon necessitate my input. Regrettably! I am extremely unhappy with the services, my daughter receive at this salon. The owner was unprofessional and seemed uncertain in her role. My daughter appointment was scheduled for a simple wash, blow dry and trim. but it turned into a seven hours ordeal. when I expressed concern about the haircut, the owner became defensive and rude, telling me not to speak to my child, and attempting to lock me out of the store. The salon was poorly manage with the owner, frequent, interrupting services to answer, phone calls and attend to other matters. I took 2 of my kids to get their hair done before school. 1st it was an issue with scheduling then we finally got services and the first time I was pretty satisfied, enough where I thought I could stop going to Harlem. Booked again for 2 of my kids and my step daughter and it was just ok not that great. Gave them another chance for all 3 of my kids and my oldest hair looked trash my daughter cried. My son has long hair and they snipped the roots like they added extensions and when I took his braids out some of his hair was coming out from the root! My middle child boho braids was ok I guess just gel sitting on the roots. I got boho twists and the hair was falling out the same week. Don't even bother to rush to your appointment because they don't ever start on time. I spent money in this pl

I recommended my sister and brother and friends here for braids and touch up on locs and they LOVED IT! So many people say there's no place in Staten Island to get their hair done but THIS IS THE PLACE! Even my little one got his hair washed and conditioned here 😄. They are so good with children. The stylist do beautiful work and are great with hair care knowledge. A must visit! ❤️❤️🔥🔥

Great atmosphere! My daughter and I received quality service each time our hair was done. Owner Tia takes care of hair with patience and efficiency, excellent for children! She always creates styles that are fabulous and trending! The entire staff is top notch!
