I’m usually not someone who complains about my hair, and I’m honestly not very picky, but this was the worst hair coloring/glossing service I’ve ever received. I showed the stylist an inspiration photo of a lighter brown I had before, and since I wasn’t completely sure what was possible, he told me it couldn’t be done. I said no problem and asked instead for a very dark brown because I just wanted my hair refreshed and redone. As soon as I sat in the chair after the service, I noticed my hair was orange. I tried to trust the process and thought maybe it would look better once it was styled, but it didn’t. This is how my hair came out when I asked for dark brown. I communicated very thoroughly with the stylist before we started. I originally showed him a photo of a very light brown, and he told me he couldn’t achieve that — which was completely fine. I then asked for dark brown instead. I went in on Christmas Eve for a glaze and blowout. After he applied the color and washed my hair, he realized he had used the wrong shade on my scalp and throughout my entire head. My hair turned out orange and extremely brassy. He knew he messed up and kept asking if it was okay, even though it clearly wasn’t.I left unhappy and called back.
