First time visiting and was pleased with everything. My hair looks amazing. However, I’d like to advise that when a customer is processing your payment and deciding on your tip, please give them privacy and do not roll your eyes if the tip wasn’t to your liking. I was making that payment and the lady was face down on the screen. I felt pressured. It’s not professional. Aside from that, nice service.

First time client they took me and My Daughter in the environment was nice and clean. It is a Dominican shop so most of them speak English however they still welcome them all. Love the outcome of my hair and my daughters. We will return.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. While the service itself was fine, at no point during the appointment did the hairdresser mention there would be extra costs for the length of my hair ($70), I was frustrated to find additional charges added to my bill that I was not made aware of beforehand and nowhere on the salon’s website or posted pricing in the salon is this information provided. As a client, I expect transparency when it comes to pricing so I can make an informed decision about my service.

Customer service from them all is amazing. Yesterday I got my daughter hair done there and they were crazy busy and short staff but managed to do an amazing job… mind you she was six and it was her first time going to a salon. They were very gentle and accommodating. I was pressed for time and made them aware and they managed their time wisely. No place is perfect but yesterday visit was worth it!!

Love goin to this Salon.. All the ladies in there are great, Cyn is my stylist and therapist lol.. I highly recommend this shop!
