I was really nervous about this consultation. The staff was really welcoming when I came through the door. I was called in a timely manner. I truly appreciated how the smile consultant Rachel went above and beyond to ensure I would be eligible. With every step I went through today each person was polite and knowledgeable. Im looking forward to my next visit.

I went back for my second appointment and I was a wonderful experience. Kenya did a great job of taking photos of my smile and inside my mouth for measurements. She is such a professional! Plus, she’s very kind. Chanelle gave me tons of information regarding my upcoming surgery and made sure I understood everything! She’s very thorough and kind! All in all, it was a very comfortable experience.

I got in quickly. The staff was so kind because my appointment was 2 days after a huge winter storm. My consultation went perfectly and I'm not a good fit for the implants. I was sad to get that news but happy that they didn't try to do it anyway and it be a failure. Each person that assisted me was so caring. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, especially if you aren't a paying customer. I truly wish it had worked out for me

The staff were very attentive to what my needs were. They explained what was happening and made a suggestion as to my best action to take. Would definitely recommend them for your implants if that's the choice you can make and it be a procedure you can have done . Unfortunately they could not help me there but gave me a good alternative.

I really want to take the time to express how happy I am about how my implants turned out. Nuvia gave me back my smile. I feel more confident now when I'm talking, and that's very important to me because of my work. I highly recommend Nuvia, from intake with Rachel and the both the dentist where amazing, and I don't want to leave out the very funny anesthesiologist who not only made me feel comfortable he also made me laugh.
