Nuevo Concepto Barber Shop

Ricky was so kind and patient cutting my 3 year old son's hair. It was his first trip to the barber and he made him so comfortable. The shop is neat, clean and welcoming with great books for kids to read while they wait for their turn. My son left with a fresh fade, ready to start school.

Awesome. Completely love how my hair comes out each time. My barber's name is Fransisco. He's super friendly and takes his sweet time doing my hair. Never in a rush. Every one else is welcoming as well. Really nice barber's.

Don't go here. Went once and got all cut up by a barber. No apologies were given.. also paid full price to leave this establishment bleeding in multiple places. Wanted to give them another chance. I went in and was ignored for the better half of an hour when I finally got up and left.

Went in there and two out of the three barbers were snoozing at 4pm on a weekday. After the oldest one (possibly the boss) of them noticed me standing there he directed the youngest one to cut my hair. I don't speak Spanish but pointed to a picture of a Caesar fade. It took him 40 minutes to not only barely cut my hair, but also looked nothing like the picture. When I mentioned how off it looks he merely said that I don't have the hair for that. Never again. Avoid this place.

Got a great haircut and just overall great experience. My barber (and I noticed all the barbers that I saw cutting) really took his time. It feels completely different from the assembly line mentality that I have experienced for most of my years getting my cut in Harlem.
