Nu Nails

Customer service was terrible! One nail tech was sleep, another with a face mask on admitting, she was sick (so why are you there), two other young women who look like they were eight, and I’m assuming the parents. When I walked in, they all looked as if why are you here. No one was interested in servicing me because they were literally arguing in English and their language on who was going to service me. An older man told me they didn’t speak any English so “they don’t know who’s turn it is.” I really didn’t understand what that meant, and what it had to do with servicing me. He then went on to say “don’t get offended” because someone will do your nails…..you come here all the time. Sir, I’ve never been there nor do I know you or anyone in there from a can of paint. I had acrylic nails removed, a pedicure and a manicure. They did an amazing job on my services and I thank them immensely for the time they took with me. However, I am completely disappointed with the state of my manicure after 4 days. I got my nails done on Saturday. It’s Wednesday and they’re already chipping, plus 1 has broken after the polish chipped. Had I known this would be the gel polish experience after paying $112+ a $20 tip, I would’ve asked for a different service. I also didn’t appreciate the size of my feet being discussed amongst the 2 women because they thought I didn’t understand them. Won’t be back

Absolutely adore this place & the wonderful nail tech Lisa! She is very prompt and polite. I enjoy coming here because I can actually relax in this quaint atmosphere. Will be a permanent customer - prices are very fair and I've gone 5-6 times already.

The owner, Lisa is incredible. She makes sure all customers expectations are met! I highly recommend this salon.

Nails were lumpy, and nail technician was very rude when i mentioned something about it. I am very unhappy with my experience and will not EVER RETURN. Go here if you want lumpy nails and bad customer service.
