Do not believe the 30 day return. When I received my wig it was supposed to be black with brown gold highlights. It was brown not black. I tried to return it right away and they offered me a $20 refund or $50 off a new wig. These wigs are not cheap. I will not order from this site again and will try and sale the wig myself. The quality seems good but just be aware that the color may not be right

I had the most amazing first experience! Everyone one I encountered was warm and inviting and each an expert. I felt so welcome and loved the outcome of my visit. I absolutely love my hair!!! I’ll be back for sure. For reference I had a full sew-in installed. This is a place where you’ll definitely feel like you are working with knowledgeable folks and you can simply relax and let folks take care of you.

Dezi is the best hairstylist of all time period! The salon has a very cool aesthetic but above everything, you are guaranteed to leave out feeling like a million and 1 bux!! I highly recommend getting styled by dezi!! The results exceed well beyond my expectations. Altogether a very wonderful experience, can’t wait for my next appointment!

I just have to say how disappointed I am. I’ve been wanting my hair done here for some months now and have tried multiple times to get an appointment. In the past two months I’ve had my appointment canceled within a week of the appointment with no warning, and my current appointment day changed without even speaking with me on if that change would work. I called to fix the current situation and have not heard back from anyone and it’s been 5 days. I don’t want this to discourage anyone from coming here because the talent here seems amazing, but I just needed to express my sincere disappointment with this experience as a new client trying to book.

I went here about 2 years ago, which is when I should’ve written up this review. But a friend brought up this place and it reminded me of how mad I was leaving out. Dezi made my hair GORG so appreciate her. As opposed to Andre… I wanted a relaxer, and normally with a relaxer you put in a scalp protective to help keep the scalp from burning. That didn’t happen, and I complained that my head was burning as he was applying the relaxer, because again I didn’t have any scalp protector on. When I complained he said ‘I know’ and kept putting it on my head. Then as he was washing my hair, he used the coldest water and I was so uncomfortable and in pain from my scalp burning.
