Nu-Hair

Only come here if you are desperate. Store is disorganized, packs of hair piled up everywhere. I went to buy developer and hair dye today, developer was kept in some secret place in the back where only employees can get to, only to see that it expired in 2023 when I got home. Waste of time and money, will not be returning.

To buy hair color. Honey blond. Turned out beautifully. Big selection.

Google needs to do better, Nu Hair comes up in the search for "Black owned beauty supply" and it most definitely is not black owned. This store is terrible. There's piles and piles of "hair" down the aisles- completely unorganized... and you know there's a rats nest somewhere in the midst of it all. The hair care products on the shelves are eons old, what is available upfront is cluttered and dusty. The staff errs on the low end of mid. They ask if you need help knowing good and well their store looks like that - so yeah, please help (?). So why have we shopped there? I don't, my daughters will, with money they make at their jobs- and they choose that location because of the variety (they can't actually get to). I use to patronize but I stopped because of the unfriendly vibe I would receive when I would go there. The wife is nice but the husband looks miserable never smiles and stares at you like your a criminal and about to steal something. If I'm coming to your place of business to spend money do not treat me like I am a criminal. Many of the people that patronize this business in our community are people of color. Do not come to our community to make money if you can't smile and appreciate the fact that our community is what keeps you in business!! Don't be a racist in our community! Go to your community where you are more comfortable! # Appreciate our business and act more professional and not like a racist business owner!!
