Very kind and accommodating. Asked plenty of questions to make sure my kiddo was happy with her decisions. Massage was gentle no pain. Very thorough.

I came in for my first appt, at NT Nails tonight, and I was booked with Kenny. He did a great job! I requested a full set and french tip, which he executed exactly how I imagined it and it looked just like my reference photo. He was also very friendly during the service. I will definitely be booking with him again!! 10/10

Sam always does my nails and does a fantastic job! He’s super talented and also very sweet. I’ve never had an issue with my nails here, and I’m sure if I did they would promptly fix it.

I booked a pedicure online days ago. This would make my 4th visit. I requested the same person at each visit. I received a text asking that I come in 15 mins prior to my appt time so of course I said yes. When I got there the person that I was scheduled with decided to put me with someone else (new) and work on another woman. I’m bothered by it for many reasons. I won’t play the card but it sure felt that way. This woman told the staff her appt was at 11:15 am. My appt was moved from 11am to 10:45 am. When asked why this happened I was given an inexcusable explanation. I thought maybe there was an emergency and he had to deal with something but instead he prioritized another woman and did her pedi in my face. I have now been twice and had a great experience both times! Today I took all three of my kids. They are kind and great with the kids. Our nails look great. And we will definitely be back again soon!
