Novus Salon Suites

This facility does not deserve one star. Novus Salon Suites deserves a MINUS 15 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. My wonderful hairdresser moved to Novus on Coral Way several years ago. Since I love my hairdresser, I followed him to this salon. However, my experience at this salon has been less than ideal. In the past, there has been air conditioning problems, no running water, and today no hot water. It is unbelievable that an organization that rents suites to hairdressers and manicurists can not provide to their tenants all the basic and necessary services so they in turn can best serve their customers. Today, I came to do my hair with my hairdresser and there was no hot water to wash my hair. The water was freezing cold. I complained to my hairdresser and he basically told m

Those i do my hair and nails with amazing but i’ve gone multiple times and there is no air!! incredible to think these workers are doing hair with hot tools while not having air. Very upset about this!
