The worst haircut I have ever received in my entire life. Completely uneven all along the sides, back and front. All I wanted was a simple crew cut, and the dopes here couldn't even do that for me. I feel as if I need to state that I have never, EVER called and complained about a haircut before I mistakenly entered into this horrible barber shop. Haircut was supposed to take 30 minutes, got there early for my appointment, and left ONE HOUR later because this "hairstylist" kept talking, distracting herself, not paying attention to what she's doing, and trying to be overly friendly. She seemed nervous from the start, didn't follow my directions and was incapable of completing a very simple mens haircut. We love Novo Barbers! Steven has always done such a great job with my teenage boys' haircuts. Having twins, and wanting to make sure they each have their own style comes effortlessly (well, for me!) each time we're in. I just tell Steven, "make them look good", and he takes care of the rest. My boys especially love the hot towel treatment. :) The shop is in a cute little location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars, so book your appointment with enough time to check out downtown Castle Rock, too!

"Decent with Average Care" I've had many different styles of cuts over the years, and I really enjoy having a welcoming and relaxing haircut experience. I tend to only go to chains and feel like that gets the job done (especially for the price, which can be anywhere from $50-75 with tip). When looking for a new place, seeing the reviews, I feel as though the quality and care of these haircuts would be above those like super cuts, floyds, great clips, etc. I decided not to opt in for a shampooing this time. However, I should not leave a barbershop feeling the way I did tonight. I should not leave with a headache from how "rough" the stylist was.
