Roberto is truly a pro when it comes to delivering exceptional haircuts and styling! I was nervous to do a big chop (if you're a curly hair girl you know what I mean) but he was extremely supportive and heard me out before working his magic. The end result was better than I could have ever hoped for and even a full week later my hair looks as good as it did when I first stepped out of the salon. He also offered great insight into styling products to go for with my hair texture. For all these reasons and many more, I would 100% recommend Roberto and his team. Looking forward to my next trim!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. Mary and Bri are the best!!! So friendly and accommodating. Mary is an artist when it comes to hair highlights/balayage. She is so sweet and personable. Bri knows exactly what to do when it comes to cutting hair. I always feel comfortable knowing that she will make my hair look exactly how I pictured, and a lot of times even better.

I had an awesome haircut today with Roberto - he's the best! I first met Roberto a few years ago at Bumble & Bumble and he gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had - I got so many compliments and it grew out beautifully. He uses a razor (or scissors if you prefer), which gives my hair more body and movement . It looks great now and I can't wait to see how it grows out. Roberto is not only extremely talented, but also very personable. He made me feel very comfortable, he was very attentive to what I wanted, and he knew how to adapt the style to suit my particular hair type and face shape. The salon itself is also beautiful and has an intimate atmosphere. I felt right at home, and I can't wait to go back!

The place is a gem, charming with very welcoming staff. Mary gives upmost attention to your hair prior coloring and after a brief consultation you won’t have a doubt of great result, I had visited her twice, for highlights and balayage and left with beautiful healthy hair without over processing it. Now I’m addicted

Roberto and Mary are an amazing team. Roberto has been cutting my hair over 10 years and is the only one I trust. Bumble and Bumble trained, Roberto uses the razor to take all the weight out of my hair, which I love. I only started coloring my hair last year, but Mary is an expert colorist! The salon was spotless, everyone had masks on, and I felt so safe. Novi Hair Salon gets my highest recommendation.
