Nova Beauty Bar

They never answer the phone. I've literally been calling them since last month to book an appointment because I wasn't able to book online. So today decided to go in person a little before 3pm. Their door was locked. I called again and again and rang their door bell.I waited about 10 minutes then saw a lady pull up in a car she opened the door. I asked if she was open she said yes. I told her I need a wax. She said I need to go online and the woman who does waxing is not here. She told me to call back again. I told her their sign says walk ins welcome....she said really??? How do you not know what is posted on your business website and you don't even honor it. So unprofessional. Took screenshots of my call history. They never pickup. And a screenshot of their business on Google that says

Jazmyn gave me an amazing acne facial, it was super relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable! Love her vibe and her energy do much. And Courtney did an amazing job in my classical full set ! Let the salon looking and feeling beautiful

By far, Courtney is THE best! I have been going to her for almost two years now and I have not one complaint. She is so sweet and is always punctual! Her studio is very clean and super cozy. Her prices are great and she has always been very accommodating. I couldn’t recommend her and Nova Beauty Bar enough!

My first time doing anything lashes, I got a lift and tint done by Jazmyn. She was amazing, made me feel so comfortable and safe. The entire atmosphere was super relaxing and she talked through the whole process as to what she was doing. I will Definitely be going back to see her!
