I recently had the pleasure of experiencing six two-hour Myofascial Release (MFR) sessions with Ryan over two consecutive days. I was a little skeptical of MFR at first. However, after the first session I knew this was going to help my body actually heal, so I went all in, having done 30+ sessions in a few months. My energy and range of motion have increased, pain and discomfort have decreased and my body overall feels better. 10/10, must try.
