I went NW one mid morning. I asked a man'swig or toupee' i have been bold since I was 17 years old. She seemed rather put out like it was a stupid question. I assumed it was it was pointless. I went to the counter to look at some of the coloured contact lenses and I ask you the prize.She mispriced into me.I quoted back the price that was in the front.And then I ask her.I said usually the ones that are more expensive.Tend to offer a little bit more coverage.And she'll like to have me sharp and rolled her eyes, and I just said, you know, I get the feeling that you really don't want to wait on me.So you don't have to, i'm going to leave and I left.And I was sure I had good day.I'm also a makeup artist.I've been 14 seventeen years.I buy every cut of makeup that you can imagine.And to do what

They followed me around the store. Literally aisle to aisle. It was so bad that I asked her if she wanted my purse. I was dressed nicely, I had a YouTube video on so they could hear where I was, and I DONT STEAL. I will never go back. Looking at the comments it appears they have an issue with African American women. Yikes!

This place is okay for the location it’s like the only beauty supply over here unless you go further down Antoine . It has limited products. I would only recommend coming here for braiding hair honestly and they are lacking colors/lengths in comparison with other places . None of the workers know anything about the actual products or hair they are selling though. They need to hire more diverse, one or two bilingual people are good but if they don’t know anything then what’s the use . Also the products are over priced . I bought a hard bristle brush which is usually $1 anywhere … it was $2.15 here . (Pictured ) With the prices and lack of diversity & knowledge of products I don’t see this place lasting long .

I never had been asked to leave my bag in the front of a store in a beauty supply store. Who does that? They didn’t ask me to leave my purse in front of the store, such an insult. My daughter also said she never went back to that store because a lady watched her the entire time. We are both BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN. The owners before them were nice & nice.. I noticed they don’t follow nor watch the Hispanics that come in there. Just disgusting.. Poor business ethics!👎🏾

I came to this establishment almost a month ago when my card was charged twice. The first time I was attempting to pay for my items and they told me that the transaction didn’t go through and it was voided, even though the transaction said completed on my end. I still had to go back and pay for the items again. Fast-forward to now, I still have not received my refund from this establishment. I went to see them about the dilemma when the two week mark hit and all they had to say was that they were going to investigate it. Nobody ever called to let me know the progress, nobody ever sent me my money. I’m still waiting on my refund. I will never shop here again and I recommend you don’t either.
