We came in for a couples deep tissue massage after a few days of hard training, both specifically requesting extra deep pressure with a focus on shoulders and back. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. My therapist spent most of the time on my legs rather than addressing my back and shoulders, even though I asked twice for more pressure and to focus on my back. Whether he was unable to go deeper or simply didn’t adjust, the result was the same, it wasn’t what I asked for. My boyfriend also mentioned that his massage was nowhere near the level of deep tissue pressure he requested. On the positive side, the price is lower than many other spas in the area, which could make it appealing. But when you consider what you’re actually paying for, it’s not worth it if you’re looki

I had a wonderful experience at North County Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean and very welcoming. The staff was professional, friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension. I left feeling truly refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing massage experience. A special thank you as well to Lily, the wonderful manager for providing such excellent services.

Just had a massage from Mary. She is strong 💪🏻 with consistent pressure. I had a medium pressure massage, but she could definitely give a deep tissue massage. Very relaxing 60-minute massage that included hot rocks and facial massage. After the massage, I feel very relaxed, have an increased range of motion, improved posture, and the pain in my shoulder, hips, & lower back are gone. I love that they give you a choice of the scented oil diffused in the room. It was the best massage; I will request her in the future. Wonderful, friendly staff, and they always ask you what areas on which you want them to focus.
