Norm's Plus

First time ever leaving a review, but I feel it's warranted. Don't waste your time. Have made 3 seperate appointments the last couple months. Two over the phone, one in person. Have shown up for all 3 with the door locked and nobody around. Waited for 30 minutes. Nada. Called later in the day thinking maybe they had an emergency. Nada. No answer. No longer going to waste my time going here. IF you can get service the cuts are good and the price is fair, but you're better off going elsewhere where they honor their appointments.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in this town. I had an appointment and got the worst haircut possible, the fade wasn’t even a fade the hair on top is different in size every single thing is bad. They didn’t even blow dry my hair so I went outside of the sop with wet hair. Not to mention they didn’t even show me the haircut in the mirror so when I went outside and saw what they did I was shocked. Immediately I went back inside and asked them if they could fix it they told me to get out and to never come back. I will attach the pictures so you can be the judge of it. PS I paid 30$ for this. Response: I did not say that the haircut was 30 I said I paid 30, which I did. Which is the smallest problem out of all of this. I am shocked that a business and a so called professional would

Went to Norms for my first haircut in a year. I called ahead and they were able to get me right in. The woman who cut my hair was awesome. I explained what I wanted, and she showed me pictures just so we were both on the same page which we were. I went with an undercut fade. She got right to work and was very thorough, paying attention to details and going back a few times to even out the bumps on my head. I’d see a spot that didn’t look quite right, but before I could even say anything, she’d notice and fix it. I’m particular with my hair so definitely appreciated this. I’ve been to Norm’s before, and have always been satisfied. My hair looks great, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Placid. Great business. Great experienced stylists.

Have been getting my haircuts here with Anthony for three years and never regret it. He’s hands down the best in town to get a hair cut with(just make sure to make an appointment first!) if you’re a male. Thanks Anthony!

My man Anthony who you should absolutely call ahead and reserve a spot with is the only TRUE AUTHENTIC BARBER in the whole local area! He does an amazing job and takes tremendous pride in the work he does. So be sure to pay him a visit!
