Norma's Beauty Salon

The lady that did my pedicure cut my toe above my cuticle 25min later I’m still bleeding! She was rude, did not have the greatest customer service skills. Do not recommend this place for pedicures.

This is my second time here and it was the worse experience ever for being the only person at the salon today. Norma the owner is very unprofessional and lazy! I came in for a wash and set and I wanted my ends trimmed. I mention while getting my hair washed that my scalp was itchy and dry. Norma asked why as if I were the expert and didn’t offer deep condition or any kind of treatment to help. Then she put rollers in without any leave in conditioner and put me under the hair dryer with no air conditioner on. It was so hot I thought I was going to pass out. When I was finished drying Norma began to flat iron my hair and told me I didn’t need to blow dry. I have 4a curly hair so I know for a fact that my hair needs the blower first .
