I had an amazing experience! 😊 The stylist Claudia was incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled. She took great care with my son’s haircut, and the results were fantastic. His curls have never looked better! The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and it felt like we were in great hands the entire time. Highly recommend this salon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ll definitely be coming back!

Let me say thank you Claudia for making me feel pretty again. My hair was chopped up in another salon and no other hairstylist would touch it. I gave this salon a try because it was close to my home and liked how well that worked. Claudia took on a tough job and managed to make me love my hair again. She took her time and was very honest and patient with me. I liked the way she communicates with the customers and they s clear what she will do. Very friendly staff and now I’m not nervous to get my hair trimmed. Thank you Claudia!

Capricho's is where I get my haircut these days and Laura is the hair professional I trust to make my hair looks its best over and over again. She's a good listener, who understands the nuances of my hair type and always executes the requested haircut to my liking. This unisex salon is bright and open, very clean, and the ambiance is always pleasant, light-hearted and friendly. I always feel at ease and totally comfortable here. Although I always go with Laura, I can tell by other customer's reactions that, ALL the hair stylists at Capricho's are amazing at their craft and consistently deliver for their customers, who come back time and time again. I'm a repeat customer myself and, without any hesitations, I unselfishly recommend Capricho's to anyone.

3 stars because they were super kind but getting home to observe my hair more I’m so upset. I’ve been going to the same hair stylist since I was 8 years old I am now 30, decided to try this place because it’s closer to my new location of home than traveling to the bx and the reviews and ig pics looked great. But after washing we went straight to cutting I told her let me see the length before cutting because my hair is very long I want to keep it long (I am 4months postpartum with my first child my hair was down to the middle of my butt) we agreed on lower back length just above my butt and long layers. My hair is uneven on both sides with the middle of my hair having this one long section not the waterfall type of look that usually is with long layers it looks like each section was cut ac
