I went in for a wax and eyebrow service and I’m so happy with the results! She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. My brows have never looked this good, and the wax was quick with great attention to detail. You can tell she puts love into her business. I had my first high frequency facial with Noreen a few weeks ago and it was wonderful! My skin has improved so much even after just one session. My acne has decreased, my pores look smaller, and the texture feels so smooth! She also threads my eyebrows and lip which always comes out looking great. I have been coming to Noreen for full face threading and body waxing for two years since moving to Rochester. I have gotten threading/waxing in several different places in and outside of Rochester and she is best. She takes a lot of care in ensuring you get the eyebrow shape you want and offers recommendations without pressure. I can tell she takes a lot of pride and joy in her craft and even makes her wax at home which I find to be almost painless. She is prompt and flexible with scheduling and tries to get to know you. I enjoy my appointments with her.

I visited this location for eyebrow and upper lip threading before my anniversary trip this summer. Shortly after my appointment, I developed a cold sore—which I’ve never had before—and when seeking treatment, I was told by my doctor it was a herpes simplex virus… Based on the timing, it is highly likely this came from unsanitary tools or poor hygiene practices during my visit. I am extremely disappointed and hurt by this. This experience has not only been physically painful, but emotionally distressing. I hope the business takes cleanliness and sterilization more seriously, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please protect yourself.

Moved back to the area and visited Noreen's for the first time - she is welcoming and warm and she gave me such a great shape! I've been threading for years and she's definitely one of the best.
