Noreen's Restoration Spa

I’ve been going to Noreen the past 5 or 6 sessions especially now that I run marathons. Every single time I walk out, I feel completely rejuvenated. She’s very welcoming, kind, professional and most importantly is that she educates you on what your body needs. She is very easy to talk to and very helpful when it comes to asking questions. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I've been seeing Noreen for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and really takes her time to understand what’s causing my pain. Every session is focused and effective! I've been struggling with lower back pain, marked by occasional sharp pains. After a few sessions, the immediate pain I used to feel with certain movements has completely disappeared. I'm incredibly grateful to have found sweet Noreen. She even gives you tips to manage your pain at home and how to prevent it. Noreen is the best! I found her over 8 years ago at a local spa and found my massage person! I followed Noreen to her business because I am picky and she is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. Noreen really knows her stuff- she listens to your body to determine how to massage you, she is very passionate about what she does- which shows in her work. Every time I go I feel so much better! Whether you want deep tissue or a light massage she can do it all!! She never disappoints -and to top it off she is also such a genuine nice person! Book book book with her! Beyond grateful to have Noreen in my life! She has helped me through so much not only physically but spiritually. As a nurse and one that understands the way the body stores trauma, I don't know why anyone would simply get a massage when they could get to the root of the problem, increasing their chances to eradicate the source completely.
