I absolutely LOVE my nail salon! These are my latest builder gel nails and I’m beyond obsessed with the design and quality. They are always affordable, professional, and extremely considerate. Vivian is my main nail tech and she is AMAZING but honestly, the entire team does an incredible job every time. What really stands out is their attention to detail. They always check in during the service to make sure everything looks perfect, and they clearly go over pricing beforehand so there are no surprises. That level of transparency and care makes such a difference. Even my hubby comes here and always leaves happy and satisfied with his service. That says a lot! There are a ton of nail salons to choose from. I was traveling through & looked up several! I decided on Noir because of the friendly customer service when I left my car running & flew in to see if they had an opening for a gel pedi. The manager was adorable. Cola did my pedi, beautiful job. My nails needed help. I missed my normal girl in Tampa. Sweet, a lovely young gal from Milan was my nail tech. We chatted pleasantries, but what impressed me the most was she commented on how good my nail tech in Tampa was! Highly recommend for the friendly service, easy communication, cleanliness of the shop & value.

Amazing staff and management. Very transparent with pricing and services offered. I drive almost an hour because I trust them to always do a fantastic job. I see Sweet, she is extremely thoroughly and caring !! Highly recommended

Absolutely horrible! I don’t recommend this place unless you’re looking to get ripped off. They clearly state on their brochure that they charge $50 for a full set of acrylic nails with white tips. However, I was charged $90, which is way more than any salon would charge for a basic set of acrylic nails, not gel tap, just basic acrylic. This was for my daughter’s nails. I visited this salon for a basic gel manicure and pedicure. However, the next day, I discovered that the nail technician had cut my cuticles excessively, causing swelling and cuts around my nails. I had expected to be pampered, but instead, I felt ripped off and my nails were left in even worse condition than before. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
