Noire the Nail Bar of Delray Beach

I had the worst experience there yesterday. The woman doing my mani and pedicure was not skilled. She was horrible. Unfortunately I could not get a name from anyone there. I wish I could so you could I do regular Mani and pedis every few weeks at home. During my stay in Delray Beach, I decided to try this salon and take my mother for her birthday. 1. The complimentary drink. It says they had mimosas. I asked for a mimosa for each of us and they said that they were out. They only had red wine. I asked for water and we each got a bottled water. 2. We start the pedicure. She doesn't say much for the first party except "Everything ok". Then my mom and I notice she is talking to herself very quietly. I thought maybe she was praying. Then I realize that she may be on a phone call. But not sur

Emily was unfriendly, unprofessional and did a terrible job on my nails. Used the electric file too deep to remove the gel polish and now my nails are very thin. Didn’t use enough polish so many nails are not completely covered. Definitely cut my skin below my cuticle with the nail file. Of course, I will not return.

If I’m being completely transparent, I’ve had a couple of not so great experiences here, mainly with an employee or two not being very nice/professional. BUT since it’s close to my house, I decided to give it one last try & I’m so glad I did. My review is mainly for my technician, Thomas. I was “accidentally” put with him after a mix up & what a pleasant surprise! He is so kind and meticulous..just for reference, I do gel on my nails and toes. Thank you Thomas for restoring my faith in Noire!!

First time coming here and I DO NOT recommend Nikki. I asked for simple plain white French tip with chrome. When I realize chrome was a $15 extra charge I decided not to get it. For the pink part of the nail she pulled out a pink glitter, tried it on my nail, when I explained I didn’t like the glitter and wanted regular pink, she replied “okay boss” with a snarky attitude. After she decided to aggressively file my nails. Overall the work of my nails wasn’t horrible but customer service was beyond disappointing and I will not be returning.

Christina is the BEST, you literally will not find another nail tech that cares about you so much! Salon is so clean and everyone is so friendly! Definitely my new go-to place!! Red is nitro 107 ♥️
