5 stars and beyond !! van is an incredible technician. he and all the others were so nice, polite, welcoming and made me giggle ! i went in with very thick acrylic that was not great from a previous place. van did absolutely wonderful at making me feel confident about my nails again ! clean and elegant atmosphere. shape, size, design and color of nails 10/10. price is very reasonable. overall great experience and highly recommend :)

this was my first time coming here, I’ve moved away from the place I’ve always went to and I was very happy from start to finish. the place was beautiful, everyone was super kind and Kevin did an amazing job on my nails and toes. Tiffany did my eyebrows and they looked great too, kept my shape and just cleaned them up. definitely found my new spot here in ocala!

I was very impressed w/their set-up. It's "like" a conveyer belt operation since it's there are about 3-4 long rows (on the right & left) w/about 6-7 technicians & actual #'s for each person (I think she said 40+ chairs). I used Ann & she was nice & did a lovely job & in 1 hr (acrylic nails, clear polish, $55!) There are about 24 new pedicure chairs w/a menu of options, starting @ $40. I highly recommend them

This is how I walked out of my appointment. I was baffled when the guy said he was done. Polish left under my nails on my fingers, my cuticles not cleaned up, oiled, or lotion, and my nails already look grown out. On top of it, it was over 70$ just for this. I used to love going here but it seems like the prices have gone up and time and effort into their customers has gone down.

This was my first time at this nail salon. I got a plain manicure and pedicure—no gel or acrylic. The pedicure was fine, and the woman who did it did a great job. Unfortunately, the manicure was terrible. The man who did my nails painted them very poorly—sloppy and uneven. I politely asked him to clean up my cuticles, and he had an attitude, saying he already did. Even after asking again nicely, the results were still bad, and I had to fix my own nails at home. He only dipped my nails in water, used no cuticle remover or lotion, and basically ripped my cuticles while they were dry. I even had to ask him to put cuticle oil on at the end because my nails looked so dry. After spending $120, this was completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
