I’ve been so impressed with this salon. They use clean, organic products that I trust, and everything feels safe for both hair and scalp. Gareth is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, always taking the time to listen and tailor each visit to what my hair needs. My hair has never looked or felt healthier. I also love that they carry Aveda products. The quality and results speak for themselves. I’m always happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough.

My hair expert took into consideration the issues I faced with having part of my head shaved. She made sure my surgical wound was kept sterile and gave me a fabulous cut, color and style. She provided information about the best products to heal my hair from a lack of products and attention.

Terrible communication and customer service. I am from out of town and was referred here by a friend. I scheduled a blowout, selected the thick hair option and wrote a note letting them know that I have extensions. I spoke over the phone with the salon twice before the appointment and my extensions were never brought up as being an issue: once to give my credit card information the day before and then again the morning of my appointment when they called and said I could come in “now” (45 minutes before my appointment) since my stylist was ahead of schedule. I told them I would try to come early but couldn’t come right away. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told the stylist wouldn’t have enough time to do my blowout because I have extensions and that they really don’t do e
