I always have a great experience here. The customer service is consistently excellent, and everyone is friendly and professional. Jimmy, the manager/owner, is fantastic...he’s attentive, welcoming, and clearly cares about the experience customers have. I usually book pedicures with Kim or Andy, and they both do an amazing job every time...thorough, careful, and always leave my nails looking great. They’re my go-to technicians. Even when the salon is busy, they handle things with care and kindness. Overall, this place is reliable, well-run, and I always leave happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Got my nails done Fri late morning. I requested Gel X nails but I prefer them short and square. My nail tech was sweet (her station is directly to the left when you enter) but she convince me by doing extension tip with gel liquid (solidify with the curing light) was the better route vs gel x nails. Gel x nails was pre shaped to almond or coffin I believe. Something told me I shouldn’t have agreeed but she assured me it is just as good. Well today is Sunday- the actual day I need my nails to be decent. The paint is already chipped and you can see the extension nail. There’s other flaws on several nails. Never have an issue paying for quality. This isn’t quality. This is rush work.

💅 First time here and I loved my experience! Everyone was so sweet and professional. I got a full set with white French tips, a matching pedicure, and my brows done — everything came out perfect. My nails look clean and classy, my toes match perfectly, and my brows are shaped just right. The salon was clean, the vibe was relaxing, and they really took their time. I don’t go to any salon other than this Noa Nails, I get Kelly everytime and she always does an amazing job! I send everyone I know here and I always get so many compliments on my nails each time! (Some pictures of Kelly’s amazing work)

I believe Kelly was my tech! My appointment was scheduled. I only waited 2 mins before I was in a chair. Jimmy and Kelly seemed very nice and polite. The location was a little far out for me being as though I came in from Charlotte. However, the area is located off of the highway and in a plaza, so it's a pretty good location. This establishment is beautiful on the inside, and I love my nails! They understood the assignment!😍 they were originally supposed to be a fill-in (gel nails). However, I needed one repaired and the other redone completely, so all in all, I paid a little more than a regular gel nail mani. $65 (That's including the $10 for my stones , which were discounted for me).
