NL Nails

I went to do my nails and paid $115 and the next day the gel was falling of my nails and my nails are all breaking. Very disappointed with the service I received. I totally tossed my money away. And if I could I would not give a star. And I also paid more money to have my finger nails cleaned up and they left them with cuticles and ingrown toenail. And my heels were left with calluses. End of result had they all were braking in the middle of my nail and had to cut them… they nest up my hard work on growing them

They DO NOT HAVE GOOD SERVICE OR ATTITUDE, and are extremely OVERPRICED for what you get! They take forever too! Look at my receipt and results attached! I’ve been there three times for services when I was in town on emergency cause I was visiting family and they are close. The girl Mia is the only one I think that did well services for my sister. Who was new. When I brought my sister trying to treat her for her birthday. They are overpriced for the trashy services you get. My nails have broke several days after leaving before, this last time the French tip on my toes is ugly which I did not complain about and when me & my sister asked them to remove our nails cause we wanted a fresh nails set and manicure to match my fresh nails they kept trying to convince me how it would take too long f

They do not do good services. My sister took me there for my birthday. Trying to treat me in the time frame we had. As soon as we walked in we both asked for our nails to be removed we wanted fresh sets and got the Detox Pedicures in their menu. Mai jumped on to removing my nails and did great services but was not able to do the design I asked for only coffin shaped, basic nails. The other people who did my sister services were not good and trying to remove her nails. Which sucks cause we wanted to do more services like waxing and having fun but it took so long and they were unable to do as my sister nail requested. Read the response from the unprofessional “owner” too, that’s proof enough of how they acted towards me when I came in and no I was not loud and obnoxious just got upset at how it was handled from the start. Came in on 10/12 to get a pedicure everything went well. My total was 70$ FOR A BASIC PEDICURE WITH GEL & wax, so I tipped 20. I came back in today at around 5:50 because it looked to me like my gel was peeling, when I walked in they started saying my nail was broken in their language and I said what is going on and then they told me my nail is broken which I said there’s no way because I didn’t hit my nail on anything.
