Their hair glues are always either dried or watery and that has ruined my plans on several occasions. They are unapologetic and make it seem like your are the inconvenience

Update: Changed my rating to 5 stars! Once I reached the owner she was extremely kind and graciously refunded my money.. I highly recommend this store now. The owner sold me a used product that I cannot use and so far they have refused me a refund of almost $20. On 4/6/22 I purchased 5 types of wig glue and a comb totaling about $53. I paid with my debit card. The next day I opened the box that one of the glues came in to find the top seal broken, the bottle have filled, and the remaining glue tried out!!! I returned to the shop the next day and they refused to give me a refund because I did not have the receipt and the owner was not there. They kept trying to get me to buy something else. The cashier/ piercing lady was extremely rude and wasn't smart enough to understand the difference between a ear piercing and a nose piercing she put a ear piercing on my nose and it is extremely painful to take the back part off because it's digging in my skin
