I had a great experience here! Felt like my second home. I really enjoyed the small class size (there were six students in my class). The school has a nice balcony where we would sometimes have class, kitchen lounge where snacks and quick food is stocked and you can bring your own. Our class held a friendsgiving party where we all brought food to share! Alice, the owner and my teacher cares about and wants every single one of her students to succeed. She won’t baby you though, she will hold you accountable! Alice and the other teachers that she hired to teach us special skills gave us all the resources we needed for private practice or working for someone. I just graduated NJ School Of Massage and I had a very great experience there. I'm very happy that I choose this school. Because English is my second language so from the beginning I was afraid and I was thinking maybe I can't be able to finish this program but after when I spoke with Alice ,she is the owner and also teacher at this school so I decided to started 11 months evening class program. And now I know that decision was the best decision in my life. She is amazing person and very professional ,organized teacher. Her school feels like a second home, she always wants the best for all her students she helps, cares because she wants every single one of her students to be succeed. My overall experience at Nj school of massage was amazing! I am so happy I chose this school in particular. Alice takes a very hands on approach and gives us so many tools that makes us more then prepared to start working in the massage industry. Book work was delivered in a clear and concise way that gave us the necessary knowledge to not only pass school, but also the state MBLEX test. An added bonus was the schools nice lounge area that was always stored with snacks and drinks for all of us. NJ school of massage has an extremely nice outside balcony that was nice to go out on during the fall spring and summer. School and studying for most connotes long boring hours of sitting in one place and endless studying. I was one of those ppl until I attended NJ School of Massage. Coming here is a gift. It’s a community where everyone wants to learn and support each other and have fun while doing so. Alice is so understanding and compassionate, she deeply cares about every one of her students and it shows through her tailored teaching techniques and individualized attention. I have friends who graduated from here and have immaculate skill, successful beyond their dreams and I can feel the same happening with me. I had a very delightfully surprising, experience at this school. When I first arrived I was skeptical, but 7 months later a bunch of lessons and massage teachings, left me feeling confident and ready to take on the next steps. I choose the 7 month over the 12 month and the time was perfect for me. You learn a lot in a short amount of time so its best to stay on top of studying and abmp coach from the beginning. The place is a safe haven you will feel secure and can count on the Alice (owner/main teacher.)There is always food and snacks available. And you get plenty of breaks and the freedom to be yourself within a structure that is very practical and balanced.
