You know that feeling of when you finally find the perfect place and you can stop looking? It’s like a feeling of relief and comfort. That’s how I feel with this place. I have had absolutely spectacular services from all three therapists here: Ana, Ashley, and Ashin. They are all incredibly caring, incredibly intuitive, spiritual, have amazing energy and technique that perfectly targets what you desire and nothing else. They are so respectful and loving. Trust me when I say that the best things don’t always have to come in gold clad spas. This center has changed my life. I have been going here to teach my nervous system that it can feel safe again after panic attacks and anxiety. Scheduled and paid for a massage today. Building is closed and locked. Nobody answered the phone. Appalling.

Ana is truly a professional and a healer. Every time I come to her for my neck and back pain, she works wonders. I never thought I would be interested in martial arts, but now, I can’t imagine my life without it. I have learned so much about my body and myself. This is because of Chet and the Nityananda Center. A special center with a different focus than some other "factory-like" yoga/martial arts studios. Classes are intimate and taught with mindfulness and kindness towards your own personal growth, beginning from wherever you are in your individual journey. Classes are invigorating, constantly evolving, and develop your strength holistically. Thanks to the staff and all of the students, Nityananda Center is a truly special place. I highly recommend!

The worst massage I’ve ever had. I doubt the person doing those manipulations knew what they were doing. I trusted the 4.9-star Google reviews, but it turned out to be nonsense. Deeply disappointing.
