Valerie is truly the BEST. She is always so professional, yet I can talk to her about anything and feel so comfortable every time I see her. Her workstation is always clean and well kept, which makes the whole experience feel even more professional. One thing I really appreciate is how much she prioritizes nail health. My nails have honestly never been healthier, and she still manages to achieve every nail design I request perfectly. I’ve never actually gotten exactly what I asked for when it came to nails until I started coming to Valerie. The atmosphere is always great and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and takes care of her clients. And of course I have to mention her cutest little friend, Benji!! ( August 13th 2025) This was my first time at this nail salon and my tech did a amazing job. The salon was clean and everyone was so sweet and friendly. This was also my first time getting Gel X nails, they feel nice and comfortable. Valeria was my nail tech she did almond nail with the sunflower September 13th 2025 My second time coming here and this time I saw Ivy she did a excellent job, I came in a hour early like the website suggested to start soaking off my old nail set, which I'm happy I did. I followed you guys from Bellezza and will always be a loyal customer! I love the vibes this business brings and Valerie is absolutely perfect and I adore her. Not only did she give me exactly what I asked for (without even knowing what I really wanted myself) she was extremely efficient and lovely to spend my post-hospital shift with.

I've been so conflicted about making this post, which is why it has taken me over a month to sit down and write this review. For starters, let me say that Ivy is very kind and good at her job! She really took the time to do a detailed, thorough job on my pedicure. Now, for the nitty gritty: this was far less than a luxurious experience. I found this "nail bar" here on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I made an appointment online and showed up on time. Despite being on time, my service was not started until an hour later. That is completely insane. Ivy did take a small percentage off of my bill for that inconvenience. However, the non-punctuality was not the only inconvenience.
