Mr U and Mrs Julie are super sweet. I love going here and seeing them when I need items. The thank you hands and bow down from Mr U shows he is very appreciative and humbled by your patronage. And for this I will always be a fan of their store.

Purchased a product in error on a Saturday afternoon, went to return it unused & unopened on a Monday afternoon. Was told by the woman owner that I could not receive a refund because it was a chemical. Since when are Mielle products chemicals? It was specifically the curling smoothie. Mielle products don’t have artificial additives or any harsh chemicals. I then asked (since I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund) if I would be able to exchange the product or receive a store credit. She stated that she “does not have the ability to do that”. Making up rules as you go & not honoring the policy printed on the receipt is low. I have been coming to this beauty supply for a long time despite being constantly followed. I promise you, I will not be returning!

I absolutely love this place. The owner captured my heart when I visited the second time and he remembered my name and spoke to me when I entered the building using it...as time has passed he and the staff know EXACTLY what I like and lead me to what I need and even gives me suggestions. In addition, they have ordered what I needed if they didn't have it at that time. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Very organized and clean store. I go there regularly because of the location, not a big store but have everything you need for hair and accessories and they hire Black people to work there at an Asian owned store. Oh the prices are good too. Alice
