Nina's Nails

I took my baby to get groomed so I decided while I was right there to go to Nina to get a fill in and OMG the worst experience EVER!!! The nail tech was so rough and rude and I will never go back!!! If she don't change her attitude they will lose a lot of business!!!

Nail bed was over filed. My nails HURT so bad right now. Wasn’t a relaxing service at all. Super rough. Quality is no good. My nail shape is not what I asked for. They’re wide and all outside. Extremely disappointed but it was certainly a lesson learned.

My birthday day is ruined. I used to enjoy this place. I waited for them to open just for them to ruin my nails. Literally going to another salon just to get this fixed. I’ve been going here for a long time and this just killed everything for me. My bday is ruined

Nina has a very nasty attitude. I was indecisive about what jewel I was paying for to be placed on my nail, she got upset and threw the the container of nail accessories in front of me. She then called me an idiot in Chinese. I will never spend my money there again. Very disappointed.
