Nijira Braids

Horrible experience! Total lack of customer service! I made a comment about the braider using a hair clip to part my hair. It doesn't make a clean part and it was pulling and snagging my hair. The owner made a snappy comment and rolled her eyes. I should left then! My braids are too short, and she dipped the ends of the braids the rest dry and stiff! This was the worst experience I have ever had getting braids! Now I'm having to RE-DIP these braids and I have to find someone else TO DO A BETTER JOB! AND IT TOOK 2 BRAIDERS 4 HOURS...TOO SLOW! Do Not book here, Waste of time and money!

This place was very unprofessional and not good for children. My 7yo had to wait 2 hours (told us to come at 2 but started at 4) just to get her hair started and the girl was so ruff. Didn’t do what we wanted and acted like every question I had was annoying. The owner was nice but they spoke in French most of the time and the girl doing my daughters hair kept leaving, talking on the phone, sending messages and it was a hot mess. The braids were decent but the experience was not.

I went to Nijira Braids and got some box braids knotless. They were professional, fast and the shop is so clean. These people are so pleasant and the work is neat. I have been getting my hair done for years and just relocated to the area . I would recommend friends and family to Nijira Braids. You guys rock. Thanks for the positive attitude and the good work you guys do.

Everything started off great and then within an hour I started to see why this place was not of good service. So there’s four women in shop one on my head.The very young girl doing my hair did an amazing job, she was nice and patient, but then I noticed one of the ladies had a supreme queen attitude, made me uncomfortable, not a good atmosphere or look for business! All spoke broken French except one, I don’t think anyone was licensed except the owner. They would take breaks, saying” I’m going to take my medicine”,! Lol . Dumb!!! FYI if you do go, do not bring personal hair jams they will sneak and use it on other clients heads! Keep all your belongings in your car!!!! Beware!The Owner “NIJIRA”, gave me a hard time with the hair I brought and then charged me almost 200 more than original p

I came into this salon and had a terrible experience. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it and they totally destroyed the style. Only one associate named Iffy came in and did it correctly. The atmosphere is very rude and aggressive and they don’t take proper steps to take care of your real hair. The lady that messed up the style also pulled at my edges and was very rough and slow. I don’t recommend going here and I feel like they were talking about me in a different language!!
