Danielle was a good loctitian. But she’s super unprofessional. Will cancel on you 3 mins before your appointment when she could’ve contacted you the day/night before to let you know she was canceling. She told me she had covid and would be out all week. On top of that, when i reached out to see if she was okay, and see if she was available to book a new appointment, she simply ignored my text. So I let a week pass by before texting her again to ask about making another appointment. Again, she ignored my text. Luckily I know someone who gets their hair cut here, and he informed me that Danielle was at the shop doing hair during the same week she told me she would be out sick.
