Did not fulfill services paid for. I was supposed to choose an add-on and the provider did not honor that request. Service was 30 min of steam, 30 min of mask, and ran 30 min late. Guessing this is because the esthetician was multitasking and helped 2 different customers while I was lying there. The remaining time (in the 90 min I spent there) was fine if a little basic. Extractions were thorough.

I love it here so much and want all of my friends to come here too. The attention to detail and skill of the aestheticians is unmatched and you really can’t find anywhere else in the city that still puts this much focus and passion into their work. They also make your experience so relaxing and spa like. Love it here I keep coming back even after moving across town!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years for lash lifts before vacations and just had my best one yet by Linda! Will be requesting her in the future.

I come here to get my brows and upper lip waxed. I love how they do it! I have also had my lashes lifted here and highly recommend!

Amazing job for eyebrow waxing! They take care of me every time at an affordable rate and quickly! Also very flexible with appointments, its a great place to go in Manhattan!!
