Nice Nails & Spa

Today I went to Nice Nails & Spa. It’s my birthday and I wanted a little pampering. I frequently got my mani and pedi at the previous location on Cross Keys Road, but it had been a while. The new location is beautiful, it’s bright, and I definitely enjoyed the luxury treatment. Jasmine did everything she could to make my day special. My husband and I enjoyed a spa pedi and spa mani. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Customer Service is very important to me and we received great service. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mom and I have been going to Nice Nails and Spa for years, and we always have such a great experience! The service is consistently awesome and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable and taken care of every time you visit. One thing we love is that they offer beverages while you’re getting your nails done, which makes the whole appointment feel even more relaxing. They also have a variety of self-care items available to purchase, which is a nice touch if you want to treat yourself a little extra. Another great thing is how many customizable manicure and pedicure options they offer. There are so many choices, so you can really get exactly what you want every time. I’ve been going to Nice Nails since 2018. They NEVER disappoint! Jasmine always makes sure my nails are 10/10. I come with design ideas, and she makes them look even better. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails too!!! Best salon in south jersey & the most affordable too!

I started originally coming here for my gel pedicures. I was new to the area and they were close to my house with great reviews, so I took a chance. Every time I went for gel pedicures I loved them and they last long, so I decided to treat myself one time and try their acrylics. The woman at counter three did my nails, and they came out perfect I was so in love. The issues started when I came in two weeks later for a refill. The refill was done horribly, I got my refill on Friday February 13th, and by Monday/Tuesday they looked completely grown out as if I had not even gotten a refill 3-4 days prior. I also had a French tip design on all ten of my nails, which cost me $25 on top of my refill which I had no issue paying. I go in yesterday Wednesday February 18th after work, I just wanted my

Awful experience. They charge for EVERY. LITTLE. THING. was my 3rd time coming back in. There website states a gel refill is $45. Nails grow..a refill service EVERYWHERE else includes trimming the cuticles cutting down the length because as I stated nails grown it’s expected they’re going to need to be shortened. I got a solid color no deigns or anything extra I was charged an additional $5 for “cutting the length” she specifically said “we’re trimming down today right?” And I said yes they grew since last time. Said nothing about an additional charge so I assumed like everywhere else it’s included but apparently not. This place nickel and dimes you and the nails don’t even look nice to show for the price.
