This place is over priced on hair that is 2.99-4.99 a pack. She literally changed the price at the register. The service and place is horrible unfortunately.

Beware, this place is a SCAM!! I went in because I needed to finish styling my hair and this place was close. I get my stuff and she changed the price up right at check out! She literally took the price of something else and put it on my item! Then, she wouldn’t give me a receipt! Unbelievable. Very dishonest and unprofessional. If I had the time that day, I would have drove across town to some place else, but I didn’t. NEVER ever going back. Highly disappointed!

I called this place to see if they were open before I drove over to the store and fought for parking on the busy street out front. “Yes, we are open for another 90 mins” the lady says on the end of the phone line. Well, 20 mins later, I arrive in front to find the place dark and locked. Strangely, the posted hours showed that the store should have been open. I called the same number again twice. No answer. I get in my car to go home and magically, after my parking spot is now gone and I’m driving away, the lights came on. Two mins later, she calls me back. Caller ID?!? Then right after, a text message appeared saying “I’m here.” Are you kidding me? Followed by “Was in basement.” Then “You left.” Public Service Announcement...DON’T waste your time!

The lady talked about me with her friend behind the counter "oyo ayogelanyo" she believed I don't hear the language cos I rarely speak luganda. After I got home I noticed she gave me a cream whose tin was broken and it was very clear that she knew based on the fact that everytime I tried to reach out for the tin she held tight on it until she packed it with other stuff. I was shocked at the levels... never went back
