Nguyen Nails

I went in there and showed a picture of what I wanted. Because of the lack of English, she couldn't talk or understand what I wanted. she painted my nails but did not clearly tell me she could not do the design. I asked if she could do one close to what I showed and she said, "no design". Had I known that I would have gone in a completely different direction as for the design. I will not be going back.

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. When I called to make an appointment the lady was very rude when I asked "Do you have time today" her tone and her response made me uncomfortable. That should've just been my clue to not go but I dont like to judge people too quickly. When I went in she was immediately rude again when asking what I wanted. I didn't feel welcomed at all, I felt like an inconvenience?? The first thing i noticed was how absolutely filthy this place is. The layers of dust, the dirty floors, the stained gross couch that my bf had to sit on to wait. I felt so bad for him and even told him he could wait outside if he wanted. She motioned me to a chair and some guy came out from the back and sat down with me, she didn't say another word she just sa

First experience with this lady.. she said she has been doing nails for 25+ years. She did an amazing job on my nails and I promised her I’d would brag about them when i left a review.. I’m in love with my nails!!! Thank you

I went to get a pedicure and this place has great reviews; so I was looking forward to getting service here. Unfortunately the fire was locked and the building was completely busy. A lady was sitting on the couch and opened the door to tell me they were open but she was busy. Also be careful in their parking lot because there is a massive dip and I scrapped the hell out of the bottom of my vehicle.
