She started off by attempting to use a flat iron. Sprayed oil on the tips and started chopping the ends. Looks uneven . Didn’t wet the hair . Basically no I was not happy given it’s been a while since I cut my hair .

The wait CAN be long. They're cheap/affordable and they don't have a big team. If you're not willing to wait too much or have certain time restraints, call them to let them know and remind them again once you're there. They'll try to be quicker for you or put you as priority. It was a little over $100 for a wash, trim, dye, and basic mani pedi. From what I could tell, the mani pedis are simple. Don't expect something fancy and I wouldn't suggest trying to. It is nice sitting in the pedicure chair since it has a massager! As for the hair service, it's really nice. They hear you out on what you want but will naturally urge you to do something else that they think would suit you better. Don't take this the wrong way! The owner of the salon is very sweet and does an awesome job . I must say you pay what you get and she definitely has helped my hair grow a lot . One big thing is don’t forget to tip her and her employees she’s very big on that because she does really go all out for her clients ! She loves what she does . Thank you for great service and being someone I can trust

Been going to Nga for well over 10 years and have always walked out with nothing short of a great haircut. Great attention to detail, always asks to make sure it’s cut to your preference. Definitely recommend stopping by, just make sure to call first to make an appointment to avoid a long wait.

Lack of transparency in the charges and making customers wait for hours (e.g back and forth between 4 customers at once). I will not return.
