My partners and I went in for a mani and dip powder. All 3 of us specifically asked for manicures and all they did was cut the nails and file. Anywhere else I've ever gone has included much more: cuticle pushing/trimming, soaking, hand massage, etc. I was told that would have cost extra (a pricing guide was nowhere visible). Aside from that, we all received very harsh filing that left our cuticles sore, scraped, and bleeding (seems many other reviews have had similar issues with that). The lady who did mine had no idea what she was doing and the boss had to scrape it all off and do it again. The whole process took an hour and a half, my partners had to sit and wait an extra 30 minutes so the boss could fix my botched job. Such a wonderful experience! I came in with my daughter, and it turned into a special little bonding day for both of us. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, especially with my daughter. They made sure she felt comfortable and excited the whole time. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the service was excellent. We all left happy and smiling. Highly recommend this place for families looking to enjoy a fun, stress-free nail and pedicure experience.

they told me all the prices later on even though they said a new set was usually around $50-$60. i did get a soak off and they didnt even tell me the price till later. ngl it just felt very unprofessional. there were bubbles in my nails. as u can see here they didnt even apply the nail polish twice leaving the nail still very clear looking. the ladies doing nails were also talking abt me and making fun of me in spanish. lowkey i think they didnt do as good on purpose bc the woman next to me they put sm detail and effort in. the lady who did my nails also filed my nails down so aggressively and roughly my skin and nails started to burn from it. like what? the whole experience was terrible and i never wanna go there again like wow it was so bad. the french tips werent even symmetrical either

Worst place I’ve been too . Kept asking for me to get gel over regular polish . They did an awful paint job painted way below the cuticle line and went very harsh would the cuticle clipper to where the next day I have nails that are already chipping and infected nail beds on both finger and toe from either an unsanitary cuticle clipper that dug to deep in my skin .
