NEWLOOK - nail & lash salon

I am obsessed with this salon! They always do a fantastic job and pay great attention to detail. I’ve been coming here for 1.5yrs and have never been unhappy. There have been a couple times when there was something I wanted fix, and they were very responsive and fixed it without hesitation or extra cost. They also serve you free drinks, like lattes, and snacks to your seat while you get your nails done, it’s truly VIP service. Couldn’t recommend enough, I recommend them to all of my friends!!

LOVE NEWLOOK and those who’ve I recommended to come here hasn’t left either! It’s the only way to go. The experience is so luxury especially for the price of durability, experience and quality you get. I decided to try something new after seeing Russian gel manicures on Instagram the clean cuticles, the flawless finish, and the overall look really caught my attention. That’s how I ended up at New Look on East Colonial, and I’m so glad I did. First, I do want to be honest: you need to budget yourself when you come here, because their services are definitely pricier compared to regular dipping powder or standard pedicures. I enjoy coming here for my Russian manicure. Very professional and clean environment. I've also had an eyelash lift. Great work...lasts about a month. It's a drive for me but worth.

I had a wonderful experience at NEWLOOK! Everything was perfect from start to finish.
