Asked for airbrushed black, she tried to do it manually after the machine broke and it was splochy. The acrylic is uneven, thick and flared my nails straight. I said just do full black and she gave me French tips... she was rude and unprofessional on the phone. And said no too hard to everything shown.

The lady working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was being extremely rough and refused to do what I wanted. I had specifically requested a white tip, but she rudely dismissed my request, saying, “No, white tip. That’s ugly. I do clear instead.” I understand that everyone has their own opinions, but when I’m paying for something that I want done, it doesn’t matter what you think. She proceeded to do whatever she wanted, and when it came to the design, she got angry because I wanted a pink and red color. She became upset, removed my hands, and told me to choose a color. After I repeatedly told her what pink I wanted, she got even more upset, tossed my hands, and I told her I didn’t want any more design. I left the salon with something I didn’t want and ended up paying $55 f

If I could give this place zero star that’s what grade I would give. I called them to see if they have any openings for a pedicure. I said I could be there in 10 minutes, she said ok. I walk in the door and the owner sitting at the desk doing someone’s nails, yells out regular polish or gel and I said I have regular polish on, but I’d like to have gel pedicure. So I go and sit in the chair one lady comes over fills the tub up and then four people come in that had a reservation at 3 o’clock. They must’ve forgot because there was only three workers and five people sitting there all at the same time. So the one lady that was gonna do my nails said the owner is gonna do them so finally after about 10 minutes which, was fine, she comes over and I said I’d like them cut down just a little bit n

I've had my nails done here a few times and consistently their work is great. They opened shortly before the beginning of COVID and I'm so happy they made it through. The business owners and nail artists are very kind and really go the extra mile to give their customers a great experience. Will always come back.

Terrible customer service, I brought in my 3 year old to have a good experience for her first time and they did not give her any good service and just slapped some paint on them. I asked for an acrylic tip on my big toes and they flat out ignored my request. They do not know a lick of English and are very rude! Worst pedicure ever and worst service I have ever had. Never going back
