Rachael gave me hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was very coordinated, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. She does an outstanding men’s haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

My daughter Andi went to Fusion Salon in Newaygo for a haircut with Rachael. She has curly hair that grows very slowly and was extremely clear that she only wanted a trim and possibly a few layers, with the priority being keeping the length. Despite this, her hair was cut from just past her shoulders to her chin. This was not a minor miscommunication — it was a drastic cut, and my daughter is absolutely devastated. It took her almost 5 years to grow her hair from that length previously. I did reach out to the owner, Jamie, who issued a refund, which I appreciate. However, I was told that a reference photo would have helped prevent this. I find that response frustrating, as “keeping the length” should be a basic and clearly understood request — especially when it was communicated very clear

Amazing experience, Cody did such an amazing Job, couldn’t be happier. I walk in not knowing what I was getting done but she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly Recommend this place. fyi this picture doesn’t do justice to my hair due poor lighting but I have gotten so many compliments I couldn’t be happier.

Courtney is a blessing to me and I will never go anywhere else! Her knowledge and skill of cutting and styling curly hair is abundant. I enjoy chatting with her and highly recommend her for anyone who has curly hair
