Stay away from this place!! They advertise on Groupon and you will be unsure of exactly what they are injecting. They advertise Juvaderm but the male injector (did not introduce himself) stated it is Botox - TWO DIFFERENT things. Juvaderm is more expensive. Honestly I am unsure of what I received - did not draw up in front of you - a medical NO-NO. The place smells like urine and looks like a dark dungeon, they also forged consents - I did not sign the consent since I had questions about meds and advertising but was rushed into the treatment with the male who conversed and focused on things unrelated to the reason why I was there and I had to bring the conversation back to the reason for the visit. With injections of any sort, there is supposed to be a recovery period to watch for reaction

New You Med Spa has been my go to for cosmetic treatments for years. The The staff here is kind, caring and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable.. With Apple parking in the garage. I highly recommend them for all of your cosmetic procedures.

Not a good experience. I’m waiting to see if they (Adam) will do the right thing. I’ll updated this post but I may need to seek council due to being lied to. Be weary and make them show you the brand name of the product or it appears they’ll likely take advantage of you and ending up with a real worse than when you started. They like to prepare by removing the name of the product before you can see it which says a lot about why they wouldn’t want you to see the brand name.

Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Went in January for a Botox injections. One of the “trainees” doing the injections struggled 4 times to inject, yet Adam still did not intervene. The next day my eye was closed. I called, the receptionist said they would return my call, never did. I called the next day same thing. Finally Adam returned my call and said he would send over a prescription and that it has never happened before, from some recent reviews it seems it has. Well he sent in the prescription for glaucoma and blamed the pharmacy, then he sent in the correct one under the wrong last name and told me I was giving them the wrong birth date. Very helpful staff when it comes to collecting payment, truly unhelpful and not even apologetic for their negligence. Til this day my

I have been coming here for almost 2yrs I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY I FEEL BETTER ABOUT ME. RACHEL AND ADAM ARE SO KIND, SWEET AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I MEAN EVERY WORD BC 3YRS AGO I HAD A HORRIBLE BOTCHED SPINAL SURGERY I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE TO A HORRIBLE SPINE DOCTOR ANYWAY I WAS PARALYZED FOR 8 MONTHS THROUGH THE HORRIBLE SURGEON AND I HAD POISON IN MY MY BLOOD MY BONES MY SPINE WAS DETERIORATING I DIDN'T THINK I WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE OR LIVE PAST ONE WEEK AND I WAS RIGHT AND I HAD ONE MORE WEEK TO GO BUT ANYWAY I REALLY REALLY TRUST RACHEL AND ADAM THEY HAVE THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND I CAN'T THINK OF TWO BETTER PEOPLE THAT I HAVE MET AND TRUST THAT WORK IN THE INTO THE BEAUTY TREATMENT SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE GO GIVE THEM
