New York Sun Club Tanning, Airbrush & Cryotherapy

After discovering this place online, I immediately walked in knowing I wanted to sign up for a membership. They have several beds if that is your thing as well as cryotherapy. In addition, they have my favorite, which is spray tanning. The Norvel spa is very thorough and everything was very clean and pristine. They have all the accessories that you would need to prep, achieve, and extend the perfect tan. Everything was made absolutely perfect thanks to my amazing associate Diana, who explained everything very thoroughly and was so friendly and cheerful. I felt like I could have hung out all night with her. She is a true gem!!! Give her a raise! Do not make the mistake of buying the $99 cryotherapy promotion or purchasing cryotherapy sessions from this business. In June I purchased the promotion and the next week I used my first session. No one mentioned to me that I needed to use the second session by a certain date. When I returned last week to book the second session, the receptionist told me: (1) for the promotion, both sessions needed to have been used within 30 days; and (2) if I told her when I could come for another session, she would then call the company's other cryotherapy customers to see if they could come in that day because demand for cryotherapy there is too low to justify running the machine for a single customer. This morning, she called me back to tell me: (a) no other customers had agreed to come in on the day

I’ve gotten two airbrush tans here and they were great both times. The team takes their time and are super nice. Super happy with the tans and I’ll keep going back!

Yesterday I was tanning at NY Sun Club UWS in KBL in room 2. All of a sudden I’ve heard someone screaming. To my shock I saw a crazy woman screaming, being unbelievably rude and insulting to the manager. I don’t know how the manager could keep her calm professional attitude and not call cops! If I was her I would! The crazy woman kept yelling that salon is not clean just because her spray tan booth didn’t start. This is so not fare and not true! I’ve been tanning all over NYC salons for over 10 years and I have not seen a place cleaner and professional than this! The staff has been always personable and friendly! People like “crazy Karen” should be seeking for professional help elsewhere but not at the tanning salons. I felt so bad for the manager. I had to take my time and post this to s
