New Village Nails

I’ve been coming here for several years and overall the experience has been favorable. Last few times I’ve been assisted by this woman who is looking at everything around her except the work she is doing and cut the skin deep on my pinky toe to the point where it hurts and I pulled back my foot. The rude woman started laughing and didn’t think it was serious because there was no blood. I will cross the street next time and go somewhere else. The owner and place is nice and clean but not worth my time or money.

Just left after getting my eye brows and a gel manicure. This salon has the best prices around and I truly love their work. Everyone is so kind and friendly and it’s a very warming atmosphere. Thank you ladies!

I recently got a gel dip manicure at New Village Nails in Caldwell NJ. I had a horrible experience. The day after getting my nails done, one of my nails chipped and I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. The next day 2 of my nails had polish that had fallen off, and today which is day 4, almost all of my nails are completely ruined. This should not happen as Gel Dip Polish should last up to 2-3 weeks. I’ve had this done before at other salons and had never experienced this. Very disappointing.

I got a gel manicure and it actually lasted few weeks without chipping. I loved how my nails came out. Very clean and welcoming environment. I have to say this place was one of the best nail salons I have been to. This nail salon is now under new management. The owner and staff were very professional and hospitable. I will be back for sure and encourage many people to check this salon out. You will not be disappointed!

I went in today for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The lady that did my manicure was very nice and I loved it but the lady that did my pedicure wasn’t good, all she did was put my feet in the water, take it out and removed polish to reapply new polish. She never used the scrub or anything that you would normally do in a pedicure. And to end off she put lotion on one of my legs and not the other and said I was done and still charged me $45
