New Town Nail Spa

Took my mom here on a beauty day for a Mani/Pedi and they were incredible. My mom has mobility issues (uses a walker) and the women here were very accommodating. They gave her the outside chair with the most space to get in and out. They also let her sit in the pedicure chair for her manicure, which was very kind. They took their time and were very kind and my mom’s nails turned out beautifully. The salon is immensely clean and well organized. All the tools used were first time use. This place is incredible. Highly recommend!!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at New Town Nail Spa today! It was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the cleanliness and happy vibe of the salon. Our mani-pedis were flawless, and the technicians both pleasant and professional. The price was reasonable, as well. We will be back on a regular basis.

I had an amazing experience! The place was so relaxing and clean, the staff were nice and professional too. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails look great. I also got an eyebrow waxing and it was super fast and barely had any redness after, even with sensitive skin. My mom got a brow lamination and it framed her eyes really nicely. I definitely recommend!

I went for a gel-x manicure. Originally, I picked out a white chrome set, and she said that wasn't available, so I picked out just a simple neutral pink color and said that I would just go with that. When she did my nails, she put chrome on the pink anyway, when that was not what I asked for. I let it slide, but she charged me an extra $15 dollars which I was not expecting. In total I ended up paying almost $80, which is ridiculous for what I requested and what I expected to pay. When prepping my nails, she also ground my natural nail down almost all the way to the point where I was physically in pain (now my nails are super damaged). For the amount of time that it took, the final product was uneven in length, misshapen, and two of the nails broke off within one week, which has never happe

I had the BEST experience at this nail salon! The attention to detail was spot-on, and my nails look absolutely amazing! The salon itself was super clean and inviting, which made me feel really comfortable. Also, the nail technician was so friendly and offered some fantastic recommendations that I’m glad I went with! I’m already looking forward to my next visit — definitely a new favorite spot!
