The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Before I sat down to get my hair washed, I explained very clearly to the owner how I do not want her to use the salon’s conditioner since I’ve learned there might be relaxer in it. I brought my own conditioner and gave it to her and she agreed to use only my conditioner. When I looked up as she washed my hair, I saw her quietly putting her shampoo in my hair!! When I told her again how I absolutely did not want any of their products in my hair, she kept trying to reassure me that I “need their shampoo” because my hair is so tangled- which it wasn’t. She even handed me her brush and told me I will have to brush and comb my own hair because it’s “too tangled.” This was soooo mortifying and I started crying. Great hair salon! Love taking my girls there. Great customer service. They are very busy and the best time to get there is before the weekend start.The parking is on the side street. The place is clean and they use genuine hair care product.They take credit card payment but they says Cash only payment on the weekend. Also their staff is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.

BEWARE!!! THEY PUT RELAXER IN THEIR SHAMPOO! I have natural hair, no need for a relaxer! They washed my hair, did a roller set and blow dry. When I washed my hair at home i noticed something was wrong, the smell of burnt chemicals is what I was smelling no matter how much I washed my hair. Then it started falling out in clumps!!

Omg! The blowouts are amazing! I've tried to copy but cant get it straight like they can. They wash ur hair 4 times and scrub good and condition it. Then proceed to blowout ur hair. The hair dryer they use is soooooo good. I've tried to buy one with 2500 watts so I can do my own hair but I cant replicate them. They are that good. Very nice salon.

Do not go here if you want to be overcharged and experience racism they first told me to get my hair washed, blow dried and trimmed was 45. I usually go to a different Dominican Salon that charges me 40 but I couldn’t go at the time so I found a place here And my hair was already detangled. (I’m a black woman by the way) so immediately when I got to the wash bowl, she was very aggressive. And she was speaking Spanish, and all the ladies in the salon kept on looking at me a funny way She started from the roots to brush out my hair and was yanking my hair, just pulling and pulling.
