Good evening Google Family. I thought that I visited this beauty supply store before. Maybe not. I patronized today because I wanted a head scarf, either pink or purple. I bought the purple one. Also I bought some thank you gifts for my friend, Yolanda. I had a good experience today. The sales associate spoke and said good morning. The headscarf is a stretch head wrap scarf. The size is 18' by 68'. The price was $4.99. It is nice and large, I like the long ones so I can work with them. I would definitely visit again. This hair store is the absolute best they have a variety of options for you to choose from! I go here to restock on the items i run out of all the time. The customer service is great!!!

On 7/27 I went to this establishment and the displayed price for a product states 149.99 the owner expressed that the person that marked it made a mistake and that I would need to pay 220.00 for this product or take the product that people have used to try on for 149.99. I do not recommend coming here as they did not attempt to work anything out with the customer.

Wig was listed as 149.00 price clearly in display. The lady igrone their price and told me I had to pay 220.00 plus tax the price just changed. I asked the lady to honor the original price listed. The lady refused and demanded I pay. 220.00. Poor customer service.

I do like this store - they have everything I’ve needed . My issue is with their open times. Online they are stated to be open until 7 pm. I went at 6:40 pm. They closed the doors and locked them as I was parking. I looked at the door at their open time states 6:50 pm. So they still closed 10 min early. This is the dumbest policy for a retail store I have ever seen. I won’t be shopping here again.
